In July 28, 2015, our company's SEG/LPEC general contracting project, the 2 million ton / year catalytic reactor of the Kazakhstan oil refinery, the cyclone separator of the regeneration system, the system parts, the wear-resistant overlaying wing valve and the three spin and four spin of the energy recovery part, all made and delivered as scheduled.

The catalysis project of the Kazakhstan oil refinery, the French Axens technology package, is designed and purchased by SEG/LPEC according to the Axens technology package.

As the project is a foreign project, the leader of our company attaches great importance to the project, and has carried out a careful organization, set up a foreign project department, and implement the responsibility system of the project manager. In addition to the comprehensive training of the SEG/LPEC organization, the management of product manufacturing, the conversion of technical standard and the compilation and establishment of Russian data are also carried out in the company. Factory declarations, identification marks and so on have been systematically studied and achieved good results.

In particular, the lining construction of the two re cyclone separator, because of the special double-layer lining structure, the need for double-layer mold pouring, leading to the difficulty of the lining construction is very difficult, and in the domestic lining construction is still the first case. To this end, the company carefully studied technology, many process tests, optimization of the construction plan, and in the construction process, strict control, guarantee the technical indicators and specifications of the lining of the product.
